Clean room, scalding hot water in shower, more than enough towels in our room for two. Employees were remarkable!
Low Quality Inn. Hardest mattress I've ever slept on, confirmed by the staff that it was their most common complaint reported by customers. The bathroom in our room was fairly clean, but the shower curtain rod was falling off it's hinges and disrupting the shower. The outside of the hotel looks like a dingy BNB, old and outdated. The inside of the hotel is better than the exterior implies, but not by much. Overall, worth the 80$ we spent in a pinch but wouldn't stay here again if I had the choice. The bed was comfy. Odd smell when we walked in. The air conditioner out of a funky odor. There was paper and looked like pieces of food in the floor. Hair in the tub and on the toilet. They definitely need to reevaluate housekeeping. I did inform the front desk lady.
I was only in Crossville for 2 nights and wanted a clean place to stay. I was so very happy here. The two people I interacted with at the front desk were very nice. My room was nice and CLEAN. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast offerings. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. I will be coming back and asking for 'my room' now. ☺
Overall the staff was pleasant and the room was nice and clean
