We stop here every time we travel through the area. Always great service and easy access.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. When I arrived for check-in, Alicia was very polite and engaging. My room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft as were the pillows. The water for showering was hot. Refrigerator and microwave worked as intended. Katie from housekeeping was friendly and has a great personality! There were some minor maintenance issues including some unpainted drywall repairs and a burned out light bulb in the bathroom. I would stay here again if I was in the Crossville area again.
Room had sticky surfaces and food debris. Floor stained, towels thin and worn. Second poor experience with Quality Inn - should delete "Quality" from brand. Will avoid in future.
