Booked a stay online for 2 king beds and a sofa bed, we had 4 guests total. We were assigned the attic room and only 1 bed was in there. Debra (front desk) said she'd bring up a cot, see the pics for what was provided. It was a twin size cot. The extra blankets provided were for a twin size bed as well. She explained the system will offer rooms that are not actually available and the blankets she provided were the hotels last. If i could give 0 stars i would. Please believe ALL of the bad reviews when they say this place is DISGUSTING. The sheets, floors, furniture, walls, bathrooms, curtains, everything... DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. There was pet feces smeared into the flooring. Please for the love of god stay far away from this place. When you tell management of how awful your experience was you get an "im sorry" were using your review to better our property.. no you are not.
