Roon was very clean. Staff was good
Nice place, and nice people running the place. Booked through Orbitz and it all went through smoothly. Breakfast and amenities were good. Only downside is the location it’s right next to the bus stops so there are some shady people around here and there.
Absolutely horrible stay and do not recommended in the slightest. Came in late and called at 9:30am about late check out to be inform they don’t have it & check out is at 11, totally fine. Between 9:30 and 10:55 the front desk associate came to the room 5 times and even entered the room while I was in the shower!!! All prior to 11 am check. Walked out of the room left at 11:04 went to the front to confront him only to be threatened and harassed. Do not stay here you are not safe and the front desk attendant will intrude your... read more
I was told to leave and I paid to stay here for almost a week. So disappointed bc police were even called and I was surrounded and embarrassed with my son.
