The kindest and most accommodating staff! Good breakfast selection and rooms are always clean and squared away.
Burnt dust from heater.. musty from air.. poo under toilet seat.. stained pillow cases.. cobwebs.. no ot water at 6 a.m.sour milk... Run down..
Broken shower. Dribbling wAter. No hot water at 530.. hair in cereal bin. Sour milk. Burning dust smell from heater. Moldy smell from AC.. stained sheets. Smell room. Rude desk. Couldn't pronounce English. Asked to repeat. He walked away. I know where you're at.
I was leery about this hotel but it actually is better than the reviews that I read. The rooms are incredibly spacious. However, the first room we were offered the carpets smelled musky and a cabinet needed repair. Immediately Brody at the front desk offered to change our room. Our new room had newer laminate flooring & was a very spacious room. The A/C smelled funny, so we opted not to use it so our room was warm. Maybe the A/C filters need to be cleaned?
