We turned on the heater and the heater begin to burn. We turn immediately turned it off and then consulted the front desk who moved us to a different room but cleaned up the room to offer it to another guest. Secondly, we moved to the next room and in the bathroom was a roach. Thirdly, I reported the elevator wasn't working and wasn't closing the doors properly and the reception didn't think anything of it and just kept letting people use the elevator.
