Positively one star! I booked this room by accident, read the reviews and then we stayed as an experiment lol. Very dirty. Not maintained in the slightest. My kids found moldy grapes under the beds, along with a pair of shoes and used tissue. Therefore no one has been vacuuming or cleaning under the beds. The baggage cart had a flat tire. Continental breakfast is good. I wish they have bacon though.
The staff is very friendly and polite. Room was small but clean. Matress extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep either night because of the bed. Hot breakfast lacking protein. Both days same items- tater tots, biscuits and (gross) gravy, waffles, bagels, toast, cereals and juices. Carbs carbs carbs... I hate writing anything bad since the people are so nice but I have to be honest.
The staff was kind but the hotel is awful!! Almost $200 to sleep in an outdated, and dirty hotel. The beds are more like cheap Queen sized cots. I will never stay here again
