No complaints -- room was clean and spacious, service was friendly, and the breakfast was great. Perfect for a short stay.
We were a larger group and had multiple rooms booked. Many of the rooms had dirty sheets and towels and one room didn’t have the beds made. The shower was so dirty we were scared to step into it bare foot. One of the rooms had a broken lock. Staff was not helpful and they had no clean sheets available at the front desk.
This place is a dump. Staff is rude. No maintenance, the place is falling apart. The pool had no chairs or chaise lounge. They don't actually want you to use it. They also have a sign saying that the heater isn't working, pretty sure that has been there for a.couple years.
Hard to believe you can be an Inn keeper, lack any pride in your facility and have it look like hell. Part of the check in counter is literally missing...see photo. Mold along the tub wall, sink faucet handle cannot open fully...it hits the mirror frame, (see pictures), nasty-dirty bathroom door handle, long dark ladies hair in tub (gross), bath fan does not work, hallway and room carpets spotted-dirty and disgusting, ceiling patched but not painted, elevator floors dirty, windows to breakfast room dirty.
