The room was clean and everything was there. However, there was mold in the bathroom vent and the toilet would constantly run unless I took the lid off and fixed it each time.
Clean and quiet... good room
Rooms were nothing to write home about, but clean with a bed and towels with a small fridge and microwave. Clean is the operative word. Breakfast was filling, standard breakfast buffet but the staff member in charge was extremely attentive and made sure everything was stocked. Front desk accommodated my room location request and all was well. Beds for myself were hard, husband slept like a baby. Would we stay here again, yes.
Horrible front desk experience. Denied check in for over an hour due to booking company sending the hotel $2.92 less than stay rate. We were not allowed to pay the difference. The hotel's "system" would not allow us to pay cash nor an additional credit card transaction. Instead (Stephanie) had us watch as she struggled to get the additional funds from "Agoda". Her first suggestion was to have us cancel our reservation and rebook directly with her. I read my confirmation to her that clearly stated my booking is nonrefundable.... read more
