Here at quality inn the Roo s are very clean and the beds are great! The service was amazing and the staff was great also.
Great stay nice place nice people!
We had a great experience with this hotel, even though we ultimately weren’t able to stay due to some unexpected personal issues. The staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful when it came to canceling our reservation. They handled everything quickly and with compassion, which made a stressful situation much easier for us. Based on how we were treated, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future. Excellent customer service really makes a difference.
Service was great - Patoor was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is in bad shape. Will not be staying here for business again. Rooms are in rough shape, there are cockroaches, and none of the exercise equipment is functioning. The water dispenser was not working nor the vending machine to purchase water.
