The room was very Clean and in Order. Everything worked fine. I will be staying here again coming from Arizona.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It doesn’t even deserve a single star. The staff here lack basic respect for everyone, especially for individuals with special needs. Asking for anything extra is met with harsh refusals and judgmental looks. Their inconsiderate and rude behavior is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear!
The lady who checked us in was nice. The pool is green and hot tub is roped off. There is no ETA from r when it might be open again. No worker seemed to know what was wrong other than "something with the tubes." The location is convenient enough. Even on a busy street inside the room it is fairly quiet. I had to interrupt the front desk lady who was scrolling her phone to ask a question. She seemed upset that I would ask her something while she was on the phone. Room was clean, service was horrible. The lady at check out this morning was rude and did not even say hello. Location is great for the Burbank airport, less then a mile away
