The location was okay, but the service was honestly great. Stayed here Thursday and Friday, and special shoutout to the lady working Friday evening! Didn’t get her name, but she was super helpful and knew Burbank really well. She helped us figure out shorter routes to different places so we could save time getting around, and even knew the bus routes. Pretty much anything we asked, she had an correct answer for us lol. Me and my family had a great time, the rooms were clean too, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location--super close to Burbank Airport. Affordable, decent hotel to stay in. My room reeked of cigarette smoke, but I'm not sure how they get the smell out if people don't follow the rules about non-smoking rooms. The floor was not laminate, or at least it felt like linoleum "wood" planks maybe? A bit sticky, but maybe from the cleaning products used. I checked the bed for any bugs, and it was clear. The place is great easy access to I-5 north and south bound,close to burbank airport and walmart,costco, I book for 5 nights the staffs was great and helpful specially Navila and Ana at front desk who helped me and accomodated what I needed, no problems definitely will come back again.

The NICEST staff ever! Maya was incredibly helpful and friendly and made it an awesome experience. Such a friendly crew.

It’s been really good day for us and the front desk. Staff was very friendly for us and they allow us to do early checking on 11 AM. It’s pretty good. I like the hospitality I like the breakfast and I like to man I like the housekeeping it’s been a pretty good visit for us to LA. Thank you
