They let us check in earlier than scheduled. They let us have a late checkout AND they upgraded our room. The staff is fabulous!!
I was there for an extended time. The rooms are ok. But are old looking. The handicapped room is a shame. It was much better than the regular rooms. The regular room I had I fell backwards out of the bath tub shower. It took a long time to get the handicapped room.
Heads up! I booked this on accident through hotels.com. When I realized what I did, I called hotels. This "Inn" wouldn't answer the phone. So hotels left a message, I wanted to cancel tonight and re-book it for the correct night. They said NO. So I lost my money, and they lost me as a customer.
My Flight Back To Atlanta was delayed (2) times Delta Airlines Blessed me with this Amazing Room. That makes me a Happy Mom. I went to Burbank California to help celebrate my Grandson 6th Birthday 🎂. I had a wonderful time looking forward to getting another room with Quailty Inn Burbank Airport I'll give them 10's Hands Down. Annjonestheartist.
