I had a very bad experience with them, and they took my money. I called to cancel my reservation, but they charged my bank account anyway. When I called them back, they hung up on me.
Active domestic violence situation with an upstairs guest (today at 6pm) and the front desk staff refused to call 911, check on the guests, or ensure all guest phones work so guests could call 911 themselves.
Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are what you pay for but very clean and safe, always stay here for the budget, if I just need a place to crash for the night.
