Truck broke down and we had to stay in Tulsa - chose this hotel because they accept our 2 service dogs. Half the people we saw in the hallways had unleashed roaming dogs with them. No big deal to us as we are dog people. The people that own the hotel are NOT dog people at all. They charged $100 deposit that I'm still trying to get back. We cleaned the room we provided our own toilet paper . Housekeeping tried to take our dirty towels and I had to insist she give me the correct number of towels back . Bed was nasty, and very wrinkled, suggesting the sheets hadn’t been changed in a while. Room smelled like marijuana, which was just not safe for our newborn baby, and could have triggered my wife’s asthma. The place was way below safe, habitable standards so we walked out immediately.

Hotel left windows unlocked so after checking in and grabbing food I came back to a empty room with all my belongings missing. When I asked for the manager that night she was off work and told me and the police to wait until the business hours to retrieve footage. Update still waiting on a call from the manager I've reached out to the front desk about twice. Spoke to the corporate support number who filed and official claim since I apparently never stayed. Overall, the stay was not bad. Staff was friendly and attentive. Stayed on the third floor, and upon entering was welcomed by this lovely bug. It definitely gave me the yuck but I was able to get it out of the room after a few tries and never saw another one throughout the stay. I hear they’re hard-ish to get rid of so I try to give the benefit of the doubt. The room was decently clean, but could be better in the bathroom. Nope, promised a wheelchair accessible room with two beds only to arrive after driving 700 miles to be told res was cancelled and they never had a room to accommodate me.
