Our experience was awful. We bought a promotional package for a two night stay and a show. We showed up at 6 pm; 2 hours after check-in, and our room wasn't clean/ready. We were told they would text us once ready. We went to our show and at 9pm I messaged them on FB to confirm if my room was ready. I was told yes. After our show, we got back to Quality Inn around 10 pm. After I received the motel key, I was asked to go speak with the owner. We were supposed to stay there Nov. 24 - Nov. 28. I had confirmation emails with my confirmation number. I specified I had a 5 lb. cat that I was bringing with me. They didn't have a problem with that. They told me I would have to pay an extra fee and I was fine with that. We get within one hour from Branson and they told me they didn't allow cats, so we couldn't stay there. I had to scramble to find another hotel room. It says on their website that they're pet friendly. I made it very clear to them that I had a cat.
