The beds were stained/comforters, and the floors were so nasty I never took my shocks off even to get in and out of the shower. TV cable channels didn't work only in our room based on what the maintenance man told us. The beds weren't queen size either, they were double beds. The sink was all creaked up. The shower pole was barely hanging on. This makes me wonder if it was because we were the only black family that we saw staying there.... Terrible........The room was AWFUL!!! Stained carpet, comforters on the beds were stained too. TV didn't work. We called the front desk to report it and was told they didn't have anyone on staff to fix it. The shower curtain rod was extremely loose. The following day, we had two staff members try to fix the TV and they couldn't fix it. If I could give It zero stars I would first of all as soon as I walked into the room all I could smell is mold, and then as I turn around, there’s literally two roaches crawling on the wall still dog food on the carpet beds were not clean when I pulled the sheet back to make sure there were no bedbugs it was full of breadcrumbs and then if it couldn’t get any worse, the hundred dollar deposit they make you put on the room, I never got refunded and it’s now been over a week if you’re looking for a place to stay you’re better ... read more
I arrived at 2 to check-in because my Choice Hotel status allows for early check-in, but was told I would have to wait until 4. I had to be at my meeting by 4. They were able to get me into a room after some discussion. The room was okay, but there was an empty soda bottle on the floor still. The toilet float wasn't working right so it kept running.
