We booked a King room with a hot tub in November for our anniversary in February. We arrived and they put us in a room with NO hot tub. That was the only reason why we booked here. The front staff was rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here unless you have to, and even then go literally anywhere else. Way to ruin an anniversary trip, no remorse, no apology, no refund, NOTHING was offered.
I had previously rated this a 5 due to the information below, but that was 3 years ago. We’ve stayed here multiple times, but it’s been a couple of years since we last stayed. I came to edit my review. It’s gone down hill since I originally posted my 5 stars so now it needs an update. The room wasn’t in great condition. It was kind of dirty and smelled funny.
