Excellent motel/hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and located on the branson strip. Ella at the desk was a real treat to speak with. We will be back.
Booked 2 rooms. The next day submitted cancelation due to schedule conflict. That was 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Working with bank to cancel charges. Stay away from this place!
When we checked room stunk and carpets were disgusting. At night we had to leave at 1 am due to itching in the bed. The next morning we went back to get a refund and turn in our key cards. We were told we would not be refunded because we couldn’t show bite marks on our bodies from bed bugs. While we were complaining another woman was in front of us complaining about blood stains being on her sheets.
This hotel sucked, management was rude, rooms sucked, and the workers at the front were rude
It's an older Inn. The chair in the room was very dirty. I usually go barefoot, not here. It didn't look bad, but with the way the chair looked, figured the carpet hadn't been cleaned In a while either. We had a toilet issue, when I called the front desk about it. Se said, "We have a plunger here at the front desk". When I picked it up, she asked politely to please bring it back. Breakfast was ok. One day had apple Juice, 2nd day orange juice.
