i will never stay at any quality inn ever again after my stay here. the room was dirty, there was hair from the previous people in the shower, dust caked on to everything including the ac filter, dirty sheets, etc. we requesting a new room and were denied, if we were able to get a refund we would have left. literally went to walmart and bought cleaning supplies. they also had the hot tub drained, empty vending machines and no ice to be found despite having many signs for different ice stations. The lady at the front desk, Karen, has been extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve tried calling the office several times, but she does not answer the phone. There is an extremely awful smell coming from our bathroom, and I’m trying to get someone to address the issue. When I tried explaining the problem to Karen, instead of helping me or listening to my concern, she kept arguing with me about the smell. Rm# 2108 Sept 11, 12 2026 Older establishment. Our rm #2108 had great water pressure with a nice new shower head, nice ice cold refrigerator, comfortable soft mattresses and plenty of fluffy pillows! But if you want clean towels, you must take dirty ones to front desk to request exchange. And they really should hose down the vomit on our parking spot left in front of our rm! Shew-wee!

The lady at the front desk was amazing. The room not so much. The shower didnt have much water coming out. The AC wasn't working. After 90 minutes and asking twice the maintenance man DENNIS came to look at it and said everything was fine, he was very rude not helpful and didnt care. It was cooler outside than in the room and it was 78 degrees outside. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
