This place was great pool was alittle cold for me but my family enjoyed it I loved the hot tub breakfast was great Julie at the front desk was awesome minor complains were no towels at the pool and front desk couldn't get they were on the maintenance closet vent in bathroom was dusty tile was missing grout toilet paper holder could use a wipe down mold in the bathroom ceiling that is it really it room 211 was great had a balcony i felt safe and everyone that I seen that works there were great
The "heated" pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was out of service but full of dirty water and there were no towels available in the pool area for the kids to dry off, only washcloths. The hallway and stairs were dirty with what looked like cigarette ashes on the carpet. In the room - the sheets appeared to be clean, but the bathroom was filthy, the air blowing out of the AC had a musty odor. It worked for us as a place to sleep, but wouldn't recommend for a family with kids who want to enjoy the pool area.
Pool and Hot tub not maintained.
