Never staying here again , stayed in room 142 pictures make it seem all nice and decided to stay here for the rodeo. I stayed here 4 nights the first night was okay the second one I felt really itchy and next night again I found 3 spiders on my bed , I been really rashy ever since and my body is really itchy. Never again
My phone went missing and a couple members of staff lied by saying that everywhere had been looked around for it. After we checked out the manager called and said my phone was there. But he was very rude to me. The quality of the stay was reasonable, but the attitude of the people was not okay.
The floor is falling apart. You can lift up the vinyl tiles. The TV is so old that is has lines in the picture. Not worth the price we paid.
Got us in for a same night 1 night reservation because our car was in the shop. Check in was easy, front desk guy was nice and polite and helpful. Room though was not great. Water leak stains allll over the ceiling, warped floor from water damage. Floor was FILTHY it turned our socks black, we had a young child and it was really gross and I wouldn’t let her walk or crawl on the floor.
