Was definitely old and a bit run down. Wouldn't have considered it a 3 star hotel at all, which is how its labeled when we googled. But even with it being run down, it was clean for what it was and the outside was kept up fairly well. What it had going well for it was the service. Stephanie, who was running the front, was a very nice woman. Very friendly and on top of everything. Very appreciated after a long day of driving.
Beautiful rooms. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. More than accommodating when i locked my key in my room 4 times. The tv didn't work but I'm sure they would have done something about it if i asked...who needs a tv when you've got YouTube at your fingertips. One of the staff members gave me a few cigarettes. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Jean-marie was awesome. Give her a raise.
Room was run down, door lock safety latch was missing. Felt dirty and not well maintained. Will not stay here or recommend it to anyone. Noisy area in Benson as well.
Es un buen hotel a muy buen precio muy buen trato solo con algunos detalles la habitación la puerta tenía problemas para abrir y cerrar no tenía luz al entrar el baño le faltaba más limpieza y la regadera también lo demás toallas sábanas almohadas blancas y limpias colchón confortable lo que me encantó que no tenía alfombra los felicito Desayuno muy bien lo básico En resumen lo recomiendo buen hotel los detalles puede mejorar un 9 de 10
