When I was there, the front auto-slide door had to be opened manually, which was cumbersome trying to get the cart through the door. Handicapped parking, 2 spaces, which are not close to the front door. Parking on opposite side is available, with a door to get inside the hotel. Staff was friendly. The shower pressure was almost non-existent, just barely enough.

Very enjoyable time while we were here visiting family and friends. Good being near the interstate, also near everywhere we wanted to eat and drink.

Was charged twice for my stay, but then reimbursed. The staff was polite.

We booked online, the guy at the front was pretty much a zombie. A really awkward interaction just to get checked in and pointed towards the room. The exterior door didn't work so we had to use a different door. As others have mentioned, the floors actually do squeak when you're walking. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was making all sorts of noises. The AC kinda worked, the heat worked fine though we didn't need that. The beds are definitely Firm.
