PRISCILLA AND MELENA AND KAREN ARE MOST WONDERFUL HELPFUL STAFF, A VERY RESPECTFUL AND SAFE THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL YOU GET. THE BEST QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE . I RECOMMEND A HOTEL THAT'S THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. A ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. NICE CLEAN, I GIVE THIS HOTEL A TEN

One of the worst hotel experiences my wife and I have had. We reserved a standard room with two queen beds, but after checking into Room 225, we noticed multiple features commonly associated with an ADA/accessible room, including a very low sink, grab bars, and a wider bathroom layout. Both my wife and I are nurses, and these features immediately stood out to us. When I raised my concerns, I was repeatedly told it was not an accessible room, despite the room's layout and features. Very clean. Hall has slight cleaning agent scent. Nice comfy rooms with a/c, fridge, microwave n tv. Beds and shower were really nice. Decent WiFi. Great location with plenty of dining options within two block. We ate at Orozco’s Mexican n it was a delicious family restaurant with World Cup on tv. The front desk staff were really kind n informative Def cannot beat the price for the comfort level here Free breakfast n 24hr coffee
