Old lady at the front desk probably worst customer service you can find. Wouldn’t make me a room key to check in because she was “busy” while there was only 1 person in the lobby on their phone. Really nice way to be greeted! Go to one of the hotels close and hopefully you’ll be greeted with a smile and a room key instead.
Do not stay here. We’ve moved rooms a total of three times, and all three rooms had AC leakage that caused the carpet to get wet and musty. All three restrooms had black mold in very noticeable spots; around the toilet and by the tub drain and shower head were most prominent. DND signs are ignored and both my husband and i come home from work at 6am so this is VERY frustrating to deal with. At one point the manager told the housekeeper to hand us a vacuum so we could vacuum our own room. We make extensions to the room online... read more
