I don’t like to be lied to. We are Titanium members with Choice. We stay with them because you can usually get an early check in. We have an odd schedule. I tried to check in at 2:10pm. I was told I could not check in until 3pm. I asked if they had any rooms ready. I was told that they were sold out the night before. I said … really on a Wednesday? A staff member knocked on our door around 11pm talking about some "wrong room" while drive-by peeping in.
Please clean the outdoor grill/patio area daily.
