We booked our stay based on the price for a one night stay it was $99 plus taxes and fees. One thing I didn’t realize if you do not book a room near the pool your entry to your room will be outside the hotel. Which is fine for most…. But it was cold and snowing. So that was my error or lack of understanding when booking. The lady at the desk was very kind and offered to check to see if there were any rooms available that had inside access. Another fantastic stay here, this is our 3rd. Sure, it's could use a little updating. But, there are so many different parts that make your stay pleasant. 1st, location. Lake Superior is basically your back yard. Stunning doesn't even come close to describing it. When we were packing up, I looked out our window and a female bald eagle landed just yards from us. Had a beautiful stay for my grandsons 5th birthday, friendly management and staff, clean comfortable rooms and an awesome pool & hot tub.
Nice clean friendly hotel! the manager is knowledgeable and helpful certainly cares about his property!
