Well, where to start. Checked in yesterday after a full day on the bike. Spoke to the attending manager/ owner, and asked if the room would be in a quiet part of the hotel. He assured us of this and put us opposite the pool. A football team then started up with loud music and shouting. We called the manager and asked if he could speak to them. Disinterested reception Open sign outside for closed restaurant External photos gave a much different idea of accommodation. It is only a basic motel room
Great location, staff are very friendly, beds aren't great and I'd honestly give the breakfast a miss. Omelette was so overcooked it was like rubber, poached eggs were so overdone they were even hard to cut through and orange juice came in a popper for $4.50.
This place is definitely not 4 star - it’s a 2 star motel at best. Staff are friendly but it’s not clean, very gross bedding found a few blonde hairs (I’m not blonde) on the blanket and the kettle was dirty. Location is just outside the centre.
