Dont go by the pics on the website. The pics are several years ago! This place was dirty the minute we got there. trash all over, dead animals in parking lot, and used syringes. The pool was black. Rooms were filthy. holes in the wall. Only 2 towels. no toilet paper. no coffee pot. you had to wear socks or slippers cause the floor was dirty. Bathroom filthy and the facets were barley hanging on. bedding had stains. the patio full of pigeon crap The saftey lock was broke off. Place was a dump!
Todo está derrumbándose, los refrigeradores no funcionan, los controles de la Mini tele no funcionan, cortinero derrumbándose, plaga de cucarachas por todos lados en el cuarto, sábanas sucias, toallas sucias, la regadera no funciona.. no les importa en lo absoluto la “calidad” , la lavandería no se diga, llena de polvo y pipi de gato, no funciona nada
Tiene muy buena ubicación, sin embargo, en recepción te atienden más afuerzas que con ganas, el cuarto y baño está muy deficiente en higiene y mantenimiento, drenaje tapado, taza del baño mal sellada, lavabo manchado y con fugas de agua, y cucarachas Desayuno únicamente es cereal, café, manzana y waffles, y muy deficiente, debes de estar pidiendo las cosas al de recepción La alberca parecía pantano, obvio cerrada Si no te interesa debido al bajo costo puedes hospedarte, pero si prefieres comodidad si invierte más en tu hospe... read more
Worse experience I have ever had!!! Had to sleep in my vehicle with my kids. Was not able to get a refund even though I showed them pics of the condition
