My boyfriend booked us a night with a super cool jacuzzi bath in the room and when we turned the water on to use it the water came out orangey red. We let the water drain and rinse 3x water came out light orange still leaving this nasty orange residue. Because of this i give them 1 star. Otherwise breakfast was simple waffles sausage egg cereal milk orange juice and coffee.
EDIT **** is not bay city Texas location it’s the Houston Tx - west chase one !!! DO NOT STAY HERE !! Worst experience ever ! Got to hotel charged an extra deposit, got to room it was run down and smelled . No HOT WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF A WINTER STORM !! Got up to use restroom only to find out millions of roaches in damn restroom and crawling on. Walls !
