Cannot enter outside doors, key card, locks, broken, homeless people laying in front of the front door drunk and disorderly, huh staff, very unhelpful, the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor completely unacceptable when we went to go to the room, the TV was on Volume 75 Didn't know if it was safe to enter the room. This was the most disappointing motel I have ever been in... The motel has roaches, this motel needed a security guard out in the front and in the back of the property was unbelievably unmanaged... Questionable people going in and out of this motel all hours of the day and night.. the air conditioner did not work in our room. The motel desk clerk had to let you in and out of the laundry room... they could not let you just use your key very questionable place they closed the exercise room to keep people from just going in the... read more
This place is horrible but it’s cheap and you’re getting what you paid for. The cleaning service looks like all they did was redo the sheets. Toilet seat was broken bathroom door was damaged and didn’t even close along with other issues. At breakfast I was making a waffle and there was a small roach just going back and forth on the counter
