Owner was horrible and the most unhospitable. He was extremely rude and tried opening our room door while we were changing into our clothes and about to leave. He yelled at us. I am going to contact corporate about this aggressive failure for our privacy and decency. Rooms were not as clean as they could be. Bed had old bed bug droppings. The only positive thing I can say about this establishment is the guy at check in was American and kind. Beware. This hotel is not American owned and has no elevator.
Room smelled bad like smoke and coco butter. Definitely wouldn't have stayed if we weren't so tired. Mattresses were filthy. Bathroom door opened and closed right in the middle of the toliet. The toilet didntbwant to flush either. Didn't encounter any critters at least. Breakfast was decent. If there was a little more effort put into cleaning it would change their game.
This is the WORST Quality Inn in the United States. The mattress were terrible. Dirty pillow sheets were left on the night stand. And they charged us $20 for stealing towels. We didn’t even use ANY of their towels. And there was a LOUSY breakfast and no orange juice.
No elevator for a 2 story hotel
I booked a room through Booking.com, but when I arrived the hotel couldn’t find my reservation and was unable to provide me with a room. I ended up having to sleep in my car. I contacted Booking.com for a refund, but the hotel hasn’t been answering calls. This was a complete waste of money and time
