So the when we booked the room there was no notification with ample time to inform us that there is an additional 100 dollar hold when paying for the rooms and then the first room the ac was broken and the front desk already knew about it and still gave us that room oh and also the toilet In that room didnt flush and again they still gave us that room when I walked through the room door there was a giant spider Webb across the whole door frame and I walked straight into it they didnt offer me a refund a discount or nothing j... read more
Flawless. You might think Im a Quality Inn employee but im not. Took a pleasure trip and stayed in Cheraw twice ( too and from). I stayed in a different budget hotel outbound and the Quality Inn coming home. The first experience at a different hotel was not good. But my stay at the Quality Inn was everything i would hope for in a Budget hotel. Our air conditioning went out so I stayed over 2 weeks at the Quality Inn. The people were lovely there and the room decent. I think the room needs a new mattress on the bed.
Kylie, Heather, and the Sunday morning front desk and cafe attendants were WONDERFUL! Our double, first floor, accessible room was very comfortable. Our dog travels with us, so the $20 pet fee was very reasonable. The rooms were only a little outdated (carpet instead of solid surface, older lamps), but the beds were clean and the pillows comfortable. Overall everything was very nice, ESPECIALLY for the reasonable price. Mgr. Heather invited us back, especially during the Dizzy Gillespie Festival (Cheraw was his hometown).
