Handicap room. The toilet was clogged all night.
This place was an absolute nightmare. I booked the room through Priceline, which I use often and have never had a problem. The room I booked was a non-smoking king room and the confirmation I received verified that. When I got there I was given a smoking room that not only smelled of cigarettes but also marijuana. When I asked the staff member who was at the front desk for a new room there was "none available". I then asked to be refunded so that I could go elsewhere, because I have severe asthma and it would be triggered by... read more
Have stayed here before, said they would rent at 20, refused, very rude about it.
Absolute worst hotel I've been in for awhile. The floor disgusting, sheets had stains, walls were yellow, even the door to get into our room wouldn't open right. I'm pretty sure the bathroom even had black mold spots. They also don't authorize any refunds even though it was disgusting. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
