I’ll start this out with saying it took close to 30 minutes for somebody to even come to the front desk to check me in. The room I was in initially, despite being advertised as smoke free, reeked of stale cigarettes. I requested to transfer rooms, no problems here they switched me rooms. Going into the new room, this one as well smelled of cigarettes. If you walk on the carpets more than 30 steps I guarantee you the soles of your feet will be black with dirt and whatever else is mixed into those carpets. The blankets had VIS... read more

My parents and I checked in at this hotel. The pros: -Amazing front desk service! -Good generic hotel food -Accepts pets (for all you pet owners needing to travel with their furry companion) -Specific Parking for 18 wheelers, RVs, and those with trailers The Cons: -Rooms are outdated -The room we stayed in has a bad bathroom door and my elderly mother was unable to get out until I could open it from the other side -There were crumbs in my sheets. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!! Dirty, disgusting, and infested!!!!!!!! We woke up with bites on our bodies and found a bedbug right under the sheets!!!!! The bathroom tub is peeling and moldy, and behind the toilet had not been cleaned. There were what i assume is shaved pubes. This place should be shut down by the health department! It smells moldy, the pool had a light with wire floating in it, and the staff does not care.
