The room was dirty!!!! Surfaces were sticky to touch! There was something stuck to the desk. The TV remote was busted and the staff refused to swap it out. The bed sheets were very dirty and slept in! My family left immediately!! We could not stay comfortably. The staff was annoyed with us from the start of the complaints. I am still forced to PAY!! This was just awful! The rooms smelled and the hotel lost power, the rooms were hot and no hot water.
The floor was extremely sticky it looked as if someone was on the toilet and just pissed all over the walls the breakfast was sad and flavorless our door did not shut until we physically slammed it I mean full force the soap was watered down to the point you could tell I’ll give it points for being in walking distance to Cracker Barrel
