Dangerous and terrible. Front desk assigned another guest to the room we were already in. A random man used a key card and walked into our room around midnight while we were in bed. Front desk associate JR blamed it on a tech issue and then acted like he did me a favor by assigning the other guest to a different room. While checking out the morning front desk workers acted like they thought it was funny. They put us and the other guest in a very dangerous situation that should have never happened. My fave hotel ever
everything was great! traffic was iffy but the hotel itself && staff were amazing!
Stayed at this location on May 31st. Room and service was fine atmosphere was not very good. To start with a guest on same floor was letting their dog run up and down hallway and it tried to enter my room then later they allowed it in pool room and physically took it into the pool, where it pooped in pool area. I know the desk had to know because guest retrieved cleaning supplies to make a token effort to clean the mess. Everyone doesn’t want to swim in a pool with a nasty dog. This was not a service dog.
