Run down. Hair in breakfast food. Front desk staff was rude. Keys didn’t work; we had to come back to try them again. Did not have rooms together for our family even though we made 1 reservation for 2 rooms. She ran my card before asking when I wanted to pay cash. I asked to speak to manager, took my number but no one called. We will not be back.

Very disappointed in our experience... We have had a charge everyday with are initial charge (4days charge, then a 3 days charge, then a 2 days charge and have been charged over 1200 for 4 days) and nothing has been fixed... Our room hasn't been clean we are cleaning it ourselves and having to go get trash bags towels ect. There is also mold everywhere in the bathroom and a huge Crack in the ceiling where we are told it's just mildew. We will be finding somewhere different to stay after 3 years of staying at this hotel

I recently had to modify my stay and dealt with front desk associate Kayla. She is a true asset to this company. She was very knowledgeable and was able to make my adjustments with ease. Thank you for employing kind, knowledgeable people to represent your company. Give that woman a raise.
