Don't waste any of your money at this hotel I've had the worst experience in my life!!! I was at this hotel for two days for a wedding. In which they don't offer ROOM SERVICE. I'm a single wom and had with 3 kids with me. My kids are 5, 3, 1. My 5 year old spilled root beer on the bed in the middle of the night. He work up at 2 am and was thirsty. He grabbed a root beer and went back to bed. His pop spilled and they charged me $90 for spilled pop!. I've called twice and asked to speak with a manager. Both ladies were extreme... read more
The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, it was easy quick in and out check in/check-out, the breakfast was ready. The rooms were quiet and clean.
It's hard to tell what your room is like from the outside and lobby. I first tried the hampton...they were booked so I went next door to quality inn next door... Everyone's standards are different...I look for a clean room, no damp smell and clean sheets... if you are accustomed to spending $200 - $300 a night for a room do not stay here... this hotel is for those of us who live on a budget..... please move on and don't take up our rooms!
