We are currently staying here on our way home and soon as you walk in the non smoking room that is all you smell. There were cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor and pubic hair in the bathroom floor. I know it wasn’t cleaned very well before we checked in. I definitely would not recommend. The phone in the room also doesn’t work so you can call the front desk

My toilet was not secured to the ground my first rooms air conditioner was broken the tv remotes don't work and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable the shower/ tub is tore up service was alright the guy was somewhat disrespectful my mother paid for the room and is a gold member and we all feel like she should be compensated for how the rooms were and how we were treated
