Arrived at the hotel and canceled my stay. Its a motel not a hotel. Canceled around 5 o'clock and they still charge me for 1 night and then on the receipt they put a no show/no call cancelation witch was not true. I had to turn the receipt into my job. Thank god I had a booking app Expedia chat log showing proof that I did cancel. I called 1 day later to get a receipt and was told to call back in 30 minutes. The rest of the evening my phone calls would not be answered. Finally got a receipt 2 days after that
The rooms were okay. Though there were people outside in the parking lot doing sketchy things. We were worried our car would be broken into. The beds were okay but very firm. Neighbors in the next room over were very loud yelling. Also about 4 am people upstairs were banging around making noise. It was a very rough sleep. Would not recommend unless you absolutely NEED to stop. Staff were nice however.
