We checked into our room. Once inside the bathroom tub and toilet had someone else's hair covering it. Disgusting. The door facing a interstate had 3 sides showing light while shut and locked. We refused to accept such a damaged room and they said ok have a good weekend. Refused refund or anything. This ruined our anniversary out of town weekend and having to drive back home if we can't another room!
I had a wonderful stay here! The receptionist last night was absolutely amazing, very nice room and super comfy bed/pillows!
