The was blood on the bed cover and the receptionist completely ignored and showed no apologetic attitude toward the situation. I’m a Gold Member, but this is also the last time we stayed with Quality Inn. Unacceptable and unprofessional!

The pool is out of order, they missed a wake up call and they don't clean the rooms unless you ask but they don't tell you that
