Customer service is horrible.cancels reservation last minute front desk makes there problems into your problems. They don’t have respect for reservations or customers dont go here
The front desk tried to switch my rooms at the last minute to give me a single bed when I was traveling with my two kids. After I complained, they gave me the room I originally reserved. The bathtub had holes in it, so we couldn't take a shower. The front door on this place doesn't even close.
