Absolutely disgusting. Not even soap to wash your hands. Deadbolt didn't work staff placed us in the back darkest spot of the building. Horrific experience.

Anytime after 5:00 p.m. or even during the daytime sometimes, you have to wait there's no one in the lobby, you have to wait for someone to show up, you call from your room and nobody answers the phone you have to stop what you're doing and go straight to the office to get any answer or service. But they do have a very nice laundry room, a very nice fitness room, a very nice Lobby and breakfast area.

I stopped and got a room, no reservation, great! When I went in the room, I killed multiple roaches. They were everywhere. I asked for my money back now. Manager said "No". Monday morning I will call health department and better business. Corporate listened but didn't help yet.

Just a ok stop on the way home. In the morning if departure i never saw anyone up front at all with the desk phone ringing.
