I checked in at around 2 AM, and the receptionist (M. Patel) was extremely rude. Upon entering my room (219), I was met with a strong cigarette smoke odor. When I requested a room change, I was told all rooms were the same and offered a room freshener. Additionally, the next morning I noticed cigarette butts scattered downstairs, directly in front of the room on the lower floor. This indicates a significant lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, a very disappointing stay — I would not recommend this hotel.
Smells kinda bad, the beds are nice and shower is very small
I only stayed for a night but wouldn't recommend. The pool was dirty and I wouldn't let my kids swim in it. They were out of everything for their continental breakfast 😞. Shower heads sucked. They sprayed water outside of the shower curtains, onto the floor that was soaked when you got out.
Rented 2 rooms. Rooms were not very clean. No smoke alarm in 1 room. Just a hole in the wall. The other room, the hair dryer plug was broken. It's has been broke for some time. The prong was broke off and you could see all the dirt and crud in it. Wall paper was ripped in several places.
