Very disappointing stay. Both the sink and the bathtub were completely clogged, and the water would just sit there without draining. It seems like the hotel only did a cosmetic “renovation,” because most of the room fixtures are either broken, poorly repaired, or simply don’t work. Definitely not worth the price.
I checked in at around 2 AM, and the receptionist (M. Patel) was extremely rude. Upon entering my room (219), I was met with a strong cigarette smoke odor. When I requested a room change, I was told all rooms were the same and offered a room freshener. Additionally, the next morning I noticed cigarette butts scattered downstairs, directly in front of the room on the lower floor. This indicates a significant lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, a very disappointing stay — I would not recommend this hotel.
