Good place to stay short term and long term. The service is amazing, if you need anything they'll try their best to help. Location is decent for places you want to eat at.

The hotel charged me a $50 security deposit over a face towel that had coffee stains on it. The staff also asked me not to pay through Hotels.com, claiming that the price might not be correct. However, I would expect the hotel to honor the price advertised on the platform. They charged me a security deposit of 50 dollars because of a face towel that had coffee on it. They also asked me not to pay through Hotels.com, saying the price might not be OK. I absolutely loved this hotel. It's the second time we have stayed here, and will definitely not be the last. Everyone who works here we have had the pleasure of interacting with has been amazing, and very sweet. They have made us feel welcome every time. The rooms were clean and the beds were amazing. I rarely sleep well in hotels but it was extremely easy to sleep here. Additionally this place is very entertaining to just walk around in the hallways and public rooms.
