Extremely clean rooms Bathroom clean but small no turnaround room
We went into the lobby to check in and waited around 10 minutes for an employee. We rang the bell and even called the hotel, but no one answered — we just had to stand and wait until someone finally showed up. Once we got to our room, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, which I liked, but my husband didn’t. My only complaint about the room would be that the pillows were very small, especially for a king-size bed. Dirtiest Choice hotel I have ever been to. Dirty bed sheets and blankets. Towels that were already supplied in the bathroom were filthy with obvious black spots. Toilet didnt work. Floors in the restroom were nasty. Night stand had crumbs. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Tried the breakfast and the waffles were spoiled and had a sour taste to them after being cooked. Couldnt pay me to stay here again its nasty. So many other hotels for an extra $25 more.
We spent a night here on our way to Nashville. The front desk, Christy was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. Very clean and zero safety issues. The room was very clean, comfortable and remodeled (prep and patch for paint was not very good). We would absolutely stay here again. Definitely one of the nicest Choice properties we have visited.
