Check in staff Thursday night 8-27 was amazing. Front desk staff Saturday morning 8-29 was rude, husband asked for clean wash rags and hand towels because we were out and the receptionist refused.The room definitely could have been cleaner, there was dust on everything, I wiped tables and everything down when we got there.
Booked two rooms, terrible mildew smell with stains in all bed linens, appeared to have full time residence. Do not recommend. Nasty.
Thursday evening the woman working was hitting on my husband, pulled up her pants, showing her tattoos off to him, being absolutely inappropriate. Not professional not acceptable. The bed hadn’t looked to be fresh.
Got there after a long day of work wanting to relax and I skipped my normal routine of checking my room and it was a big mistake. I just so happen to turn around and move my pillow when I seen bed bug larvae in my head board of 119. Went to the desk and they gave me 218 and as soon as I looked at the headboard there was more walked back down said I wanted a refund and the guy went on about how they get sprayed every two months and then I showed him my picture that stated otherwise.
