Was pleased with price, location. Room seemed nice enough (a bit long in the tooth, but fine). But as I was going to bed, a little roach crawled across my night stand! Then, in the morning, I stepped on some pretzels that housekeeping must have missed from the last guest. I will not be returning.

This has been by far the best stay I have ever had! The guys were nice and informative. The rooms were very big and spacious, well furnished and extremely clean. Johnny and Ryan were wonderful to me, from booking to my stay ! Ryan always greeted me with a smile coming in and out. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of plazas for shopping, entertainment and good eats. I got the best sleep in my king size bed. Very disappointed The elevator wasn’t working plus The customer service is very low they should work on it plus They ask you for Deposit Tell you u will receive it back and then Nothing gets back to you And when you try to call them or try to connect to the front desk They never helped or pick up their phone very disappointed. This is the second time they do this definitely not coming back to this place or recommend who’s trying to book it.
