Quality Inn Hotel is in great location, room are deson, walking distance of fast foods eating places, gas stations, drive thru coffee place, Kroger Grocery store and restaurants but the doors of hotel rooms needs to be stable. My experience wasn't so great, because of some customers which the hotel doesn't have any control of what the other person does; only what the hotel is responsible for🏨 ⛽ ☕ 🏪
Long story... So I booked a king size non smoking room thru a 3rd party app... Mind yall I drove 5 hours to get here... I get there and the lady tells me they dont have anymore of the rooms that I booked... She then offers me a double bed but tried to charge me for it instead of just giving it to me as a common courtesy...I said no just dont worry about...and i book at the hotel down the road which was great! Now common sense would be to just cancel my reservation...but instead she marked me down as a now show... Anyone with... read more
