I travel with work and the level of service I have received has been wonderful! Clean, super convenient, safe and in a terrific area to shops, resturants, and highways.
We had good stay. Young man running the hotel very nice and professional. Room fine. Everything worked, fridge, micro, internet, heater, TV, hot water. Beds good fresh sheets. No noise at night. Breakfast was toast, yogurt, apple, cereal and the famous waffles and juice. Nicely laid out by said young man. All good for us.
A little grubby. Carpets dirty.
It actually started to rain in my room like water dripping from the ceiling and allnthey told me was to sleep in the other bed. They didnt come to change the sheets or bedding till the next day and I didnt even get a sorry. Other guest are load and obnoxious outside of door. Even when asked to move away. Takes forever for the water to heat up and my bathroom floor is caving in. Plus its a cell phone dead zone.
