Clean, convenient and hospitable staff. What more is there?
The rooms need to be updated, the wallpaper was hanging in the bathroom, the ceiling had leaked and wasn't fixed right and it kind of snelled. The staff was great!
Staff was friendly, but housekeeping could step up their game a bit. The hotel itself was moderately clean and in need of some updates. My double queen room was spacious, but nothing worth bragging about. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and didn't sleep well for the duration of my 3 night stay. Front desk staff were friendly and cheerful during the check in/out process. Location is very good with places to eat and shop nearby. The rooms were clean, however, the bathrooms are in need of some serious updating! Again, can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff that we encountered during our stay. Breakfast in the morning was good compared to others that offer breakfast with your stays.
Great front desk (especially Juli) Located close to downtown Portsmouth and reasonable priced. Breakfast in the morning was most helpful in a high cost area. Juli is friendly and kept me updated on on availability for a completely booked 2nd night. I was most happy the following morning when Juli greeted me and told me a room opened up.
