June 20, 2025: Kevin was Great. From there, it went down a steep slope. Before bringing in our luggage, we have learned to inspect the room. We discovered a king bed with very damp comforter, sheets, pillow cases, pillows, and after walking out of the tiny bathroom, discovering water on the vinyl plank flooring coming from under the flooring.
