What a pleasant hotel. Check-in with Jason was so pleasant, he was very courteous and explained no breakfast due to a sick employee - not a big deal to us. I wish every hotel had employees this friendly and willing to explain things. Clean rooms, quiet place, no complaints at all. Recommend this place to anyone.
This was my second time staying here, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable and very professional, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the view was absolutely amazing. I stayed in room 210 and had one of the best views. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Quality down the drain ! Sad to see all the potential wasted here for the last few years
For being an older hotel and for the price. I enjoyed my stay.
Checked out a day early and instead of giving me a refund they charged me an additional $90 ontop of the full stay *$360 for the full stay plus the $90 which brought it to $450 when it should have been $270 cause we checked out early*, they reversed the $90 and tried to say that was the refund. GM printed out the recipt and "explained" to me how it works...... I told him the recipt was correct, but thats not what was done.
