I would never stay at this hotel again. When we arrived, the room had a strong, musty odor that made it hard to breathe—we had to leave the door open just to air it out. But the worst part? There were visible smears on the wall next to the toilet that appeared to be feces. Yes, poop. On the wall. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that charges paying guests. Cleanliness and sanitation are basic expectations, not luxuries.
