Made a reservation for a night on booking get to there to check in he tries charging me a different price. I tell him that I had already paid for it and he refused to even look at the screenshot. Tells me that it wasn’t paid for when it was. Calling booking to confirm because I’m not paying when I already did. Guy refuses to even listen to her. She tries calling him and he answers hangs up and keeps the phone of the hook. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! He needs to be fired!
Best place in Lafayette to stay love this place.
The location was great, we started off with the two rooms that I had paid for online just to find out they had bugs crawling all over the tables. We let the front desk know the stuff was amazing he moved us to two new rooms they looked great see no bugs crawling. It was after 10:00 p.m. we were 2 hours away from home had already paid for the hotels online so we decided to stay. They are super duper nice! Love them!! The way a hotel should be run. Like I'm a part of the family. Very clean, nice, dark, private... lots of nice renovations. Great location.
