My husband & I stay here every time we travel north. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and outlets. I would like to recognize Saha, the front desk person, who welcomed and checked us in on 5/19/26. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging...one of the most pleasant experiences at check in that I've ever had!

He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, making check-in quick and effortless. Great location!! Practically connected to the outlets. Room was nice clean and had three c chairs. Tristen, the man at the front desk was a great help and he was very quick and efficient and explained very well.
Was staying here with my son while doing storyland. Got in during the evening, Saha at the front desk helped us. She upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. She was very nice and helpful.
Tristin was friendly, attentive and very accommodating! Great customer service!
