If I could give zero stars, I would. We did not get into our room until after 3 a.m. and were completely exhausted, especially since we were in town preparing for my grandmother’s funeral. Shortly after settling in, we noticed the heating unit only blew warm air for about 30 minutes before switching to cold air. I called the front desk to report the issue and was offered an extra blanket and a space heater instead of a real fix.
