I must start with the fact that we almost cancelled our reservation based on the recent reviews and I'm glad that we didn't. I'm not sure why there has been bad reviews lately. Next if you are booking on a third party site the information listed on the hotel is not always accurate/up-to-date and the hotel itself can't refund your money. AVOID!! The hotel is so poorly maintained that it does not overcome the few positive qualities it does possess: the beds are comfortable and the family that operates it interacts with you in a friendly way. Beyond that, this facility is on its last legs. The air quality in the rooms is so poor that after cleaning the A/C filters myself, I just had to turn it off and open the windows. Lower price, but lots of deferred maintain. Pool is out of service. Bring an August vist I was looking forward to the pool.
Absolutley horrible for $200 a night building is falling apart, pool not open, rooms dirty dusty and grimey, carpet filthy, curtains torn and ripped and the breakfast was a joke. I wouldn't eat anything here! Oh and the sink would drain. Disgusting! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
