Beautiful place delicious breakfast lovely staff and wonderful service
it was disgusting horrible rooms nothing was cleaned i had blood on my comforter and other stains i went up to the counter when i left and they said all of there rooms are like this.
There was no quality at this inn. Absolutely awful. As soon as we opened up the room door the smell was awful. It smelled of urine bad. At first glance the room seemed to be somewhat clean but then closer inspection...... Not so much. For the price we paid they should be ashamed to have the quality inn name.
Points per games are garbage. Go in the room company's dirty bathroom. Disgusting and I didn't even stay. I just left. I didn't even go down to complain because they knew those rooms were no good. What would be the point in complaining to people who don't care about their establishment? I would never go there again.
This place is the most affortable, and the most enjoyable. I had beautiful scenery from my room. I had great water pressure with hot water. Water pressure is important to me. The service is top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind. I will definitely visit this hotel when traveling between Buffalo and Tampa.
